Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you are warmly received and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. The rest of the day is at leisure – relax, recover from your flight and soak in the calm atmosphere at the foot of Mount Meru.
After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a lush haven tucked along the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy a guided game drive through forests, open plains and along the soda lake famous for flamingos and large elephant herds.

Terms & Conditions – Tourips Tours and Travels
The following terms apply to all safaris and travel packages organised by Tourips Tours and Travels for AfricanSafari.co.in clients. Please review carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Reservation Payment Terms & Late Fee Policy
- 30% deposit at the time of booking.
- 50% of the balance to be settled 30 days before departure.
- Remaining 20% to be settled 15 days before departure.
- 3-day grace period allowed after due date for late payments.
- Late fee of USD 50 if payment is not made within the grace period.
- If payment is not received within 18 days, the contract will be cancelled.
- No refund will be made against cancelled contracts.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellation 60–30 days: Deposit refundable, less 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellation 29–15 days: 50% refundable.
- Cancellation 14–0 days: 100% non-refundable.
- No-show: 100% non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 45 working days of official cancellation notice.
3. Amendments by the Client
Amendments to confirmed bookings (change of dates, accommodations, etc.) are subject to availability and may attract additional administration fees if any.
4. Amendments by the Company
Tourips Tours and Travels reserves the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations or transport where unavoidable (e.g., weather, park regulations, safety issues). For significant changes, clients will be notified promptly and offered alternatives of equal value or a refund (less services already rendered).
5. Safari Transport & Game Drives
Safaris are conducted in custom 4×4 Safari Land Cruisers with professional driver-guides. Game drives are unlimited within the planned schedule but remain subject to park regulations and safety guidelines. Bottled drinking water is provided during safaris.
6. Accommodation
Accommodation is based on standard rooms, unless otherwise requested. Upgrades such as luxury tents or suites are available at additional cost.
7. Health & Insurance
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have necessary vaccinations, medical precautions and comprehensive travel insurance. Insurance should cover medical expenses, personal accidents, trip cancellations and baggage loss.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Tourips Tours and Travels takes utmost care to provide safe, enjoyable experiences; however, travel inherently involves risks. The company shall not be held liable for:
- Delays, cancellations or missed services caused by natural disasters, weather, strikes or government actions.
- Loss, theft or damage to personal property.
- Injury, illness or death not directly caused by negligence of the company or its employees.
9. Wildlife & Safety Guidelines
Clients must follow the instructions of guides and park authorities at all times. Approaching or feeding wild animals is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to withdraw services from any client whose behaviour may jeopardise safety or enjoyment of others.
10. Children Policy
Children are welcome on safari, but parents / guardians are fully responsible for their safety. Some camps and lodges may have age restrictions, which will be communicated at booking.
11. Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond our control (war, pandemic, political unrest, natural disaster, etc.), Tourips Tours and Travels may alter or cancel services. Clients will be refunded or credited for unused services, less any unrecoverable costs.
12. Governing Law
All contracts are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
